Scholarship recipients: Once you can provide your Student ID Number for the college you are attending, please complete this form. The deadline for submitting the form is July 1, 2025. Failure to complete the form by the due date will result in forfeiture of scholarships awarded to you by the Community Foundation of Randolph County.

Scholarships may be deferred for up to one year by completing the form and choosing the deferment option.
