Purpose-to provide to Winchester Community High School graduating, qualified senior students who are unable because of lack of financial resources to further their education who desires an education to attend either an accredited college or university. Qualifications financial need first and most important criterion. Additional qualifications attitude towards school work; initiative, incentive, worthiness, citizenship, and cooperation, in that order.
