Awarded to a boy or girl graduate of Winchester Community High School. Based on academic achievement, leadership, citizenship, ability, need and probable success in his/her field. Must have been enrolled in WCHS during his/her eleventh and twelfth years of school and shall be in the upper one-half of his/her class. Preference given to students who have been active in athletics, particularly golf, during their high school careers.
