Purpose is to provide a scholarship(s) to a graduate of Union City Community High School/ Randolph Eastern School Corporation or a successor consolidated school who plans to attend Purdue University. The scholarship shall be made to a boy or girl graduate of Union City Community High School/Randolph Eastern School Corporation. If the schools are to be consolidated, the recipient must reside in the Union City Community (Wayne Township).
