Ira Davisson married Olive M. Pursley on June 2, 1915. Olive was a lifetime resident of Randolph County, born in Washington Township and later moved to Winchester, IN. She was the widow of Ira, who died on March 15, 1968 (aged 74). She was a member of the Winchester Friends church, Neighborly Home Economics Club, Sunshine Club and American Legion Auxiliary.
This scholarship is awarded to a graduating senior from Winchester Community High School and Union High School.
