Awarded to boy or girl graduate of Winchester Community High School who is selected on the basis of academic achievement, leadership, ability and probable success in his/her field. Recipient must demonstrate financial need; must have been enrolled in WCHS during his/her eleventh and twelfth years of school; recipient must graduate with a “C” or higher G.P.A.
