WINCHESTER, IN – The Community Foundation of Randolph County (CFRC), a non-political private organization headquartered in Winchester, is now accepting grant applications for its Spring Grant Cycle. The application is available at www.randolphcountyfoundation.org/grants. Applications are due by March 31 at 4 p.m. and grant recipients will be announced May 7 during the Spring Grants Reception at Vision Corner Learning Center in Union City, IN.
To be considered for funding, organizations must have a 501(c)(3) nonprofit designation. Proposed projects must address a community need and serve Randolph County residents without regard to race, gender, religion, creed, or ethnicity.
In 2025, combining both spring and fall grant recipients, 33 organizations were awarded funding that equated more than $156,000. Examples of organizations that have received funding are the Randolph County YMCA, Monroe Central Athletic League, Gracie’s Gift, the Winchester/Randolph County Animal Shelter, and the Youth Service Bureau of Jay County.
“The Community Foundation of Randolph County’s Spring Grant Cycle is positioned to fund current programs and projects serving Randolph County residents,” said Lisa Jennings, Executive Director, Community Foundation of Randolph County. “This grant cycle is one of many funding opportunities provided to nonprofits to further support the residents of Randolph County.”
