Community Foundation and The Winchester Foundation Partner To Support Nonprofit Participation in Capacity-Building Program

WINCHESTER, INDIANA – The Community Foundation of Randolph County and The Winchester Foundation are pleased to announce the selection of the Art Association of Randolph County and Start with Art for the initial cohort of Randolph County nonprofits to participate in the Bonterra Jumpstart program.

The Bonterra Jumpstart program combines coaching and technology to support growth-oriented nonprofit organizations, providing the tools and individualized support needed to build fundraising capacity and a broader base of community support. Nonprofits that participate in the Bonterra Jumpstart program experience, on average, a 27% increase in fundraising revenue and a 33% increase in donor base year-over-year.

The Community Foundation of Randolph County and The Winchester Foundation have partnered to cover the cost of participation for this initial cohort. In addition, both nonprofits will be eligible for matching funds provided by the foundations as an incentive to fully engage with the opportunity provided through Bonterra Jumpstart.
