Randolph Promise Indiana Coordinator
Carol Mills is the Randolph Promise Indiana Coordinator. Carol has degrees from Taylor University and Ball State University. She began teaching at Union School Corporation in 1977 and retired from there in 2014. From 2014-2016, she worked as a Title I aid at Willard Elementary School in Winchester. She returned to Union in the fall of 2016 but has since retired again.
Carol is excited to continue her involvement in educating children of through Randolph County Promise. It has always been her desire for students to reach their highest potential and to know they are destined for greatness. By providing the opportunity to further their education, the students of our county can reach their full potential.
Mrs. Mills and her husband, Tim, will celebrate 41 years of marriage this summer. They have two married sons and two grandchildren. Carol’s greatest joy is spending time with her family.
Carol’s other activities include serving in various capacities at Farmland Friends Church, taking walks with her dog, and reading.
