Purpose is to provide a scholarship(s) to a graduate of Union City Community High School/ Randolph Eastern School Corporation or a successor consolidated school who plans to attend Purdue University. The scholarship shall be made to a boy or girl graduate of Union City Community High School/Randolph Eastern School Corporation or the successor consolidated school.
Purpose of fund shall be to provide one scholarship yearly for each Randolph County High School in memory of Kellie Stephen. The scholarship committee of the respective schools will notify the Foundation of the recipient.
